Our Story

Located on the 3rd floor of the Adams County Human Services Building, Adams Café was created to nourish our community and celebrate local flavor. More than a café, it is a space where great food meets purpose.

An extension of the Hispanic Restaurant Association (HRA), Adams Café serves county staff and guests daily, caters corporate events, and hosts special gatherings, all while supporting culinary education and entrepreneurship.

Our kitchen doubles as a training ground for HRA members and aspiring chefs to learn, grow, and launch their own dreams. Every dish reflects the heart of Adams County: diverse, hardworking, and full of flavor.
